Early Career Experience
My career in digital design began while I was studying at the Academy of Arts, where I started creating websites in collaboration with several web agencies. Soon after graduation, I co-founded the web design studio Aplink.
Over the next years, the studio delivered digital solutions for more than 100 clients across a wide range of industries, including transportation, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and hospitality. Alongside website design and development, we created logos and full brand identities, ensuring visual consistency across all client touchpoints. While most projects initially came from Western Lithuania, the studio later expanded to international markets.
Running a design studio provided me with a strong foundation in branding, user-centered design, and business-oriented thinking. Over time, my focus naturally shifted toward complex, product-driven software projects, where deeper UX and system-level design became central to my work.

Later, we transitioned into software development, creating a content management system, a document and project management system for a large construction design company, and an adaptive case management system called "One Goal". Around the same time, I also began working at a perfumery company to gain experience in retail product development, marketing, and e-commerce.
