An Intelligent Business Management System for Medical Companies

Zebracloud is an intelligent business management platform created for medical companies. Built on years of experience running an international network of clinics, the system helps organizations streamline processes, improve service quality, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Zebracloud includes modules for document management, customer service, workflow planning, reporting, inventory operations, and financial control. Its flexible architecture allows users to configure existing functions and integrate external tools without programming knowledge, enabling each clinic to adapt the system to its unique operational needs.

Design process

I took over this complex project from the previous designer in 2022. Since then, I have been working closely with the project owner to maintain the platform and design new modules.

We also made significant improvements to both the mobile version and the native Zebracloud Apps, creating a smoother, more intuitive experience across all devices. This included optimizing responsive layouts, refining mobile navigation patterns, and redesigning key screens to better support on-the-go workflows.

Throughout the process, I collaborated iteratively with developers and stakeholders to ensure that new features met real user needs and could be seamlessly integrated into the existing system architecture.
