As the first designer at ZebraSign, I shaped the product from early concept to successful launch, leading UX/UI across the entire lifecycle. I ensured design decisions consistently balanced user needs with business goals.

I took over an existing product and, over three years, designed and delivered multiple complex modules, including finance, inventory, medical specialties, scheduling, dashboards, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. I also maintained and evolved the design system to support long-term product scalability.

While primarily working on ZebraSign and ZebraCloud, I contributed to Lirema's international websites by improving visual quality and identifying a critical conversion blocker. Its removal led to measurable conversion improvements across several markets.

As Head of Design, I led the creation of new products and product lines, combining product development and marketing expertise. According to Euromonitor, the products I designed became best-sellers in their category in Lithuania, while I also made significant contributions to brand websites and e-commerce.

I co-founded and ran a web design studio delivering digital and branding solutions for 100+ clients across diverse industries and international markets. This experience built a strong foundation in branding, user-centered design, and business-driven thinking, later evolving into a focus on complex software and UX systems.
